Refund Policy

Provider: Promethean Networks LLC ("Promethean Networks," "we," "us," "our") Effective date: September 29, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to NAD v2 subscriptions purchased through prometheannetworks.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial First

We offer a 7-day free trial of NAD Design so you can fully evaluate the Software before you pay. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm the Software meets your needs prior to subscribing.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your initial annual subscription within 7 days of the original purchase, provided the Subscription has not been substantially used. For this purpose, "substantially used" means more than ten (10) network designs have been generated on the Subscription.

Renewals and subsequent terms are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals (see Section 3).

3. Cancellation and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current paid term; you retain access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund amounts already paid for the current term.

4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, or were charged more than once for the same Subscription, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and refund any confirmed error.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email support@prometheannetworks.com from the address associated with your account, including your order or license details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

6. Required-by-Law Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
